Exercise Your Demons!
Exercise Your Demons! is a Mixed Reality title that I worked on for about 2 years. Funded by Meta as a "Meta Managed 3rd Party Development" From Concept to Completion, it was a very fulfilling journey with an experimental frontier.
Working with Meta was a very enlightening experience. Publishing a title on a storefront with stringent standards and requirements was difficult, but i'm happy it happened. Going back and forth with the Quality Assurance Team for a few weeks was rigorous, but rewarding.
The development was also a bit difficult too. We only had a year and a half on a low budget, and as our representative said "we're coming in hot" when it came to getting through Meta QA.

Mixed Reality
This excerpt details our plan for "Mixed Reality". This was my team's first time entering this frontier, and I have to say it was very fulfilling to see it come to life. A Diagram is presented and explained, showcasing our plans for overlaying a virtual world with depth over a player's real life home.
Battles and Stages
This excerpt details a small bit of combat-related info, but mainly divulges into how stages affected the fights players would find within them.
Gameplay and Enemies
Game Design
Category title
Gives quick summaries of various mechanics further detailed in other sections of the GDD. All mechanics were successfully implemented into the final game.
Gateway Surfing
This Excerpt details "Gateway Surfing", a fun minigame (that I loved designing the patterns for) to serve as a break in the physical action for players. Rather than using their fists, players were dependent on using their entire bodies to avoid incoming debris whilst traveling to the next stage.
Main Menu
This excerpt details the Main Menu, alongside all features found within it's sub-menus.
